The war in northern Uganda has been called the most neglected humanitarian emergency in the world today. On April 25th, 2009, tens of thousands of American citizens abducted themselves to raise the banner for the child soldiers taken by Joseph Kony. Invisible Children is demanding that governments and international bodies develop a strategy and support existing efforts to rescue Kony’s child soldiers.
High Road for Human Rights Executive Director Rocky Anderson participated and spoke at the event.
