High Road was an invited participant in the bi-annual SLC Freedom Fest on June 18th in Salt Lake City.  The purpose of the SLC Freedom Fest is to promote freedom, bridge community gaps, and encourage a Go Local mentality.  High Road volunteers invited guests of the festival to join a High Road team, gathered signatures on the Demand for the Restoration of Rule of Law, and were able to network with other organizations focusing on human rights at the festival.

High Road executive director, Rocky Anderson, delivered the Keynote speech that evening.  He expressed the importance of ending complacency and promoted High Road’s grassroots efforts and team membership.
