Press Conference Announces the Formation of Utahns for Alternatives to the Death Penalty

Organizations, religious leaders and other concerned community members gathered at Matheson Courthouse to announce the formation of Utahns for Alternatives to the Death Penalty, of which High Road is a founding member. Speakers at the conference included The Most Reverend John C. Wester, Reverend David A. Henry, Dee Rowland, and High Road Death Penalty Project Director Ralph Dellapiana.
