iMatterMembers of the University of  Utah High Road Team gathered at the Federal Building in Salt Lake City along with hundreds of young activists in support of Utah’s iMatter March for climate change awareness.  The iMatter March was organized by Alec Loorz, a 16 year old climate activist who believes that his generation was born to solve the climate crisis.

HR team member, Shantel Simmons, delivered a powerful speech on the human rights implications of the climate crisis and offered suggestions on what individuals can do to help reduce their global footprint.  Check out Shantel’s speech HERE.

The iMatter March ended at Salt Lake City’s Live Green Festival where local vendors promoted green products and services, a local School of Rock band performed, and hundreds of people gathered to celebrated green initiatives.
